A little late for St. Patrick’s Day, but any time of year is a great time for this underappreciated Irish Whiskey.

The Connemara 12 is just about one of the only peated Irish whiskeys available on the market. If you want to know why there aren’t more, you could blow $55 and take a sip of this stuff.

Sometimes it's important not to let a distillery's mass-market offering color your opinion of their entire range. I really don't like the standard Jameson much, but I quite enjoyed this.
